
KEITH PASCALL
Keith Pascall is a celebrated drummer, dance instructor, singer, and choreographer from
Trinidad and Tobago who immigrated to Canada in 1987. In Trinidad, his artistic journey was
shaped by legendary mentors like Astor Johnson and Julia Edwards, and he showcased his
talents across major local productions, including the prestigious Prime Minister's Best Village
Competition.
An international performer, Keith toured extensively with the Malick Folk Performers, bringing
Caribbean traditions to renowned Canadian events like Toronto Caravan, the Brantford Village
Festival, and the Winnipeg Folk Festival. Over his decades-long career, he has built a dedicated
community of dancers and drummers who reflect his rigorous training and creative vision in
traditional folklore.
For the past nine years, Keith has partnered with the Brantford Caribbean Dance Vibration,
serving as their Lead Choreographer and Drum Instructor. He continues to pass on the rich
heritage of Trinidad and Tobago through his latest cultural venture, KPASS Folk Performers and
Drummers, inspiring the next generation of artists.
